Ten years ago, I built my software tools to better manage motor carrier safety and compliance. As a safety director and recruiter for large national companies, I understood that information is power—and if you can't measure it, you can't manage it. That mindset drove me to find better ways to track performance, streamline onboarding, and stay ahead of regulatory demands.

While attending software engineering courses at night through the University of Washington, I discovered Zoho Creator. It quickly became the platform that allowed me to transform ideas into fully functional, data-driven dashboards—faster and more affordably than traditional development. I started by creating onboarding systems and safety dashboards for internal use, and as the needs grew, so did the solutions.

The crazy thing most people don't realize is that you can own and customize a powerful software solution without spending thousands of dollars or needing an internal IT department. With the right tools and approach, scalable, easy-to-use systems are within reach for fleets of any size.

After a decade of building tools to make my job easier and more effective, I decided to leap. Today, my team and I design and build custom software solutions for fleets and the businesses that support them.
